hey, we're gonna do a flip house here, aninvestment house, ya know? flip house sounds cheap. it's like lipstick on a pig. so, uh. we'll take a look at what we got inside.we bought this house with all the contents. well, almost all the contents.they took everything good, and now we have to take and get rid of the garbage.but, we're gonna have ourselves a little estate sale here, and then uh, seewhat happens in about 2-3 months here when we're done with this house and that.so we are going to take a walk inside now and give you a little shot of the nicequality stuff we have for our estate sale here. thank you.
okay, there is the.. i was gonna say, here isthe living room area. the living room area where we had our first meal today courtesyof the local pizza shop. that is the closet there. this is one of the many famous lovelybedrooms. hopefully at the estate sale we get rid of most of this stuff so we don't have to burn it or throw it out. another bedroom in here. okay. there is the bathroom, kitchen, i mean.yeah it should be the bathroom. and we'll go upstairs.
well, this is, after 2 months turnedinto 9 months. this is what a flip house or an investment house is supposedto look like. after doing 5 since '07 and building a new house, this couldvery well be my last one. but as you can see, we changed itquite a bit. and i hope someone really enjoys this house, livingin the future. we built this house and changed itas if i was going to live in it myself. unfortunately a lot of peopleout there that do these flip houses, just get it done type thing. and what itdoes is it gives a bad name for people that actually renovate them properly.
